Because our products are digital and access is delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the download links or access instructions have been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, training page, prompt library, or Study Buddy bot, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as duplicate purchases, accidental duplicate orders, or unresolved access issues that we are unable to correct.

Digital products are not eligible for return because no physical item is shipped.
