DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

The CLEAN AI Method products are digital products and are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After purchase, customers will receive download links and/or access instructions by email.

Downloadable files are delivered through the purchase/download email. If your purchase includes guided training or enhanced practice support, instructions for accessing protected training or support pages will also be included in your download email.

To access protected pages, you may be required to log in using the same email address used at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your download or access email, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.

If you have trouble accessing your download, training page, prompt library, or Study Buddy bot, please contact us at support@thecabricollective.com and include the email address used at checkout and your order number if available.

Because products are delivered digitally, no shipping carrier, tracking number, or physical delivery timeline applies.
